For the not so delightful experience of having to get a tooth pulled, I have never felt so tended to in my entire existence as a patient from childhood to current day... (Including general practitioners). They calmly coached me through, after ensuring I was properly numb as it took a few additional shots. They never once deep sighed, complained, or looked at their watch. Meanwhile I am so used to feeling like something to be checked off of a doctor's list, so I was feeling bad that it was taking a while for the numbness to kicking in, so *I* was rubbing my cheek trying to get the numbing agents to kicking in faster, haha! They gave me time and space for this process and I got to feel like a human being... Not like an old transmission or project car. I also must note I LOVED the diversity of the staff and every staff member shared genuine smiles, warm greetings, and helped each other out. May every health organization, let alone every business visit Sage Dental to observe and take notes as to what AUTHENTIC customer service, professionalism, AND true human care looks like in action. I mean that with full sincerity and I only wish I could give each of them a million stars!!! Thanks again guys!!!
