Always very professional, staff is kind and helpful! We have tried other pet care providers and Bella was not happy. Now granted dogs don’t “like” going to the vet/board/groomer but she is less nervous with staff at Saho and that means everything to us. Thank you for all you do.

My puppy’s surgery was a stressful time for us. Dr. Walsh and the SAHO staff were amazing. They were understanding and explained everything so we felt better prepared. Dr. Walsh took the time to walk me through the post/op care and put me at ease with things to watch for. Overall, our precious puppy was in great hands!

You all are awesome! From drop off, to pick, it was a breeze. Erika did a wonderful job on Irie and I knew she was in great hands from the start. Excellent customer service all the way around. Everyone was friendly and smiling! So nice to see.

I brought Sophie (Miniature Schnauzer ) in for a full grooming for the first time. Erika was absolutely the best ever. I hardly recognized my sweet girl. Thank you so much for taking such great care of Sophie. Definitely will be bringing her back.

The facilities and nursing staff are phenomenal Dr. Ketcher was a little harsh at times but she knows her stuff. over all are very happy

The staffs were very friendly, took your emotions into consideration. The wait time for a doctor was long but that was what to be expected since we went into the urgent care. Wouldn't mind transferring my pup but he already built a relationship with his doctors.
