Overall we like your hospital and the doctors and staff. We do have a problem however with the personnel who should be answering the phone in the prescription department. Each time we call in to refill a prescription and are transferred to that department no one answers the phone. We leave the required information asked for in the recording, saying "the prescription will be filled in 4 hours" but it never is.
I left this message yesterday: "It is now 7:30 am and I will be by before noon to pick it up". As usual it was not ready. Other times when I call and the people at the front desk take my information it is always ready when I arrive. I have made this oral complaint several times.
