With Covid-19 and curbside pickup, its difficult as a pet owner. Reason being, between what the vet says and how it gets relayed out to the car, things unfortunately may get lost in translation. This past visit I requested to talk to the vet and the medical technician. The vet called me before our appointment and the medical technician brought our dog out to the car and described exactly the services provided. Neither of them had to go the extra mile like that - but they did. I sincerely appreciate how they are working through this pandemic, all the while, seeing all of our animals. The only issue is the parking. It can get a bit crowded depending on the timeframe.
