I come to your salon because your hair color is the best. My most recent visit left me disappointed. I opted once again for the facial waxing and I left with a bleeding upper lip as well as several very red patches in several places. The stylist didn't even apologize for what had happened and the two employees at the front desk did not comment on what was an very obvious damaging result of the waxing. I was so disappointed at this that I didn't say anything because I just wanted to leave so that I could treat the bleeding patch on my lip right away. The stylist should have apologized at the very least and I should not have been charged for a less than pleasing outcome. It will probably take a week if not more for all the red areas that are missing skin to heal. I hope the management contacts me to offer some gesture of reconciliation.
