The quality and service provided by Johnnie Morgan, is second to none. A+. She does a great job with my hair. I’m happy with how she does my hair every time. The only complaint I have is when you go to check out at the Bearden location and you use your debit card, the tip amounts are labeled with only three options and it doesn’t show the percentages, nor did the lady at checkout tell me what the percentages were or offer another option to pay cash tip.

It was an awkward situation where after having spent a great deal of money on my hair, to presented with only three numbers (all well over 100 bucks) as the only option of tip amounts I could leave. I felt like it was requirement in the check out process there. And there were too many girls up at the desk waiting and watching what I selected. Anyway, I love how Johnnie does my hair and I will continue to be loyal client. From now on, I will just request to go to the Alcoa location because the girls at the front there are very informative during the checkout process without making you feel uncomfortable.

This was a spontaneous decision to get a new haircut & style. I had never been to Salon Azure before and hadn’t met Jaida before. I had a few photos of what I was looking for and Jaida asked a few questions about my hair routine. She came up with a lovely cut that I am very happy with! Highly recommend Salon Azure & Jaida. I also prefer the Aveeda products they use.

I was having a rough day and then I came to get my hair done and felt immediately accepted by Rachel. She is so friendly and made me laugh and it felt like we were old friends catching up. I really enjoyed having someone to talk to and make me feel better about myself and definitely knocking my hair cut out of the water.

I love love my stylist, so while I would never leave her, PLEASE update/change out the shampoo bowls. They are SO uncomfortable on my neck. I have to take breaks and sit up while they are washing out and doing the toner. There has to be something better out there. I'd even add on deep conditioning sometimes but it's too uncomfortable to sit there. For the over $200 I pay each time, I wish it would be a more relaxing and comfortable experience.
