I love Salon 301 and wouldn't think of going anywhere else but I have a suggestion. When I'm up front paying my bill, please ask me if I need any shampoo/conditioner/product. It causes me to think about it and saves me a trip back to the salon if I do. I remembered to get shampoo yesterday but forgot paste.
By the way, I love the friendliness of the staff and the way almost everyone says hello. Keep up the great work!
