Brenda is the most talented hair colorist I have ever had of working with. She always sends me home looking--and feeling--fabulous! Dina Wilcox

Terrific, a tad expensive though. Did a really good job.

As always, I arrived at Salon Above quite down & after Monika worked her magic fingers on a haircut she envisioned for me from her vacation in Sicily, Italy. I left feeling like a more Younger & Happier Woman.

As always I’m loving my brand new look.

Thank you Monika.

What can I say? Dessi is the best! Sixteen years of haircuts and highlights, and she never disappoints.

My son, Adam loves his haircut & how Monika was so precise with how she cut his hair.

Thank you so much for making him feel comfortable.

I've been going to Salon Above since 2013 and Sarah has always given me a great haircut, highlights and color. I've always walked away happy and I highly recommend Sarah and the Salon. The salon design has a great combination of client privacy (no people watching from the street!) sunlight and open-air feeling, due to the second floor corner location having the corner walls as windows.. and a good price for the quality.

I love this office and Dr. Fahmy is great. He makes you feel as comfortable as possible. He explains what he is doing and why. He is very patient and listens to your concerns. The staff from the front desk to his medical assistants are friendly and happy to answer all of your questions.

First, I want to say that my visit with Dr. Brown was AMAZING! I love her and I'd give her 5 stars. I was supposed to see Dr. Carbonell but she had to do an emergency surgery. Dr. Brown was so nice, thorough and personable. It was a lovely annual checkup. The reason I'm giving this visit 3 stars is because of my visit with Dr. Horvat directly after the checkup. I called Gotham Vet Center on Saturday, February 25th at 10:45 AM. I spoke to a woman and told her I wanted to get my dog a teeth cleaning consultation. She said that Dr. Horvat only does the free consultations weekdays in the morning and evening. So, I told her to put me down for 5:30 PM. Then I told her to put me down for Scarlett's annual checkup at 5PM because I might as well get it done while I'm there. (I don't live near there.) After our great checkup with Dr. Brown, who told us that we have one tooth in the back that Dr. Horvat will likely need to check out, we were waiting for Dr. Horvat to free up and were told that we aren't even on the schedule and that I never booked an appointment. Not true at all. They said they'd fit me in anyways, I thank them, and I shrugged it off. When I got into Dr. Horvat's office, he was not in a good mood. He told us that all six of Scarlett's front upper teeth are dying and might need to be extracted. I found this bizarre - I had just gotten out of a checkup with Dr. Brown, who looked at her teeth and told me that a tooth in the way back looks like it has tartar buildup, but she failed to comment on the FRONT SIX that were dying? I don't think so. Aside from the highly bizarre prognosis of my three-year-old dog's front six teeth dying, Dr. Horvat was snippy, rude and cold. He clearly did not want to take me. I have gone to Gotham Veterinary for a long time and I love most of the doctors there, but I was saddened by my visit with Dr. Horvat, and would not recommend him to anyone. I will most definitely be seeking a second opinion elsewhere.
