They over charge and don't tell you that they are going to be charging you more. Shannon did my hair at a recommendation and though she did a decent job, when I would go pay it was always more than they told me it was going to be!!! She would make a unilateral decision without telling me it would be adding to the cost. I paid $237 plus tip for a full highlight and cut! Absolutely unprofessional and outrageous. They added another $30 for more color when I thought that is why we went with a full and not a partial and $35 for toner which I didn't know there was an added cost. Then when I called to find out why and what happened that I was unhappy. She didn't even call me back someone else called to explain the cost. I get the cost I just wanted to know before not after. I will NEVER be back and either will my friends!
Again, I am so happy with my cut and color and Michelle rocks! Love the massage, quality products, great customer service and dedicated owners and staff. IT SHOWS you care with continued education, the BEST line of body and hair care and professisonal and friendly staff. Thank you I will be back!
I was greeted on my entry to the store and received assistance in my Aveda product selections. I couldn't ask for any better experience. It is wonderful to have a selection of Aveda products near home, as well as to have the support of knowledgeable professionals who provide answers to my questions as well as information about other products for m consideration.
