I always enjoy seeing Melissa, she is amazing with everything curly! The salon also makes the best cappuccinos, I look forward to it.
They could do a better job with greeting and check-in.

It took longer than expected as the person who made my appointment didn't include one of the service that I was suppose to get.Thus my hairstylist had to fit me in with her other clients. people making appointments should be trained better. It was the longest I have ever been in the salon. Time is valuable to me and I'm sure to my stylist.
