Although there was a big mistake made with my morning appointment when there was no key for my stylist, Kathy to open the door, she provided my services later in the day at no charge. I did not ask her to do this; however, I had planned on calling the main salon when I had a moment to explain the inconvenience that a 50 minute round trip caused me on a working day in the morning rush hour only to have to turn around and do it again in the afternoon.
Kathy did a great job on my hair and although, I did indeed get stuck in the huge traffic jam on highway 40 west on Thursday evening, I wasn't nearly as upset as I would have been if I felt no one had noticed my effort and inconvenience. She did the right thing in order to keep me as a client. I greatly appreciated her professional approach and calm demeanor through a trying situation.
