Heidi, Michelle and Brittany C are amazing. I absolutely love the three of them. They are wonderful at what they do, and every time I come in they make my experience the reason I come back. I will say the salon itself has gone down hill over the last couple of years. Paying what I do for my hair, having to wait around for another customer to finish using the ionizer is frustrating. Additionally, two of the blowdryers are broken so having to wait for an open seat with a useable blow dryer or to have them pull out a blow dryer from the back is not what I would expect. This last time they blew a fuse, so i had to move again to an open seat where there was a blow dryer. Lastly, they used to always have a multitude of beverages to offer clients and now barely seem to offer you a water. The owner/management should take more pride in these little things or take more care in the overall customer experience.
