Firstly, the atmosphere of the salon is great, comfortable and welcoming. My first visit back in April was good, the cut I recieved wore well and grew out nicely but the style I had when leaving the salon was not what I had asked for. I had said that I like big volume and bounce (and I realize the limitations of my hair type) but this was done very tight and flat to my head. If I hadn't have had an appointment that I had to get to I would have asked for a bit more attention to the style.
I decided to give this another try last week. Like I said the cut grew out nicely and I really needed to get at least a trim. The stylist looked as some of the pictures I brought in, a newer updated cut was done and managed a nice full style. It wasn't until I was styling it myself the next morning that I notice that one side of my hair that frames my face is at least a half inch shorter than the other side. I don't know if this was an intentional part of the cut or not. Its just bothersome as I notice it even if its not overly noticable to others. I don't want to come back in to have it "fixed" as I really do not want to go any shorter than it already is.

Great saloon, staff, and expierence! I love the gel polish designs and my nails always look amazing!
