I like to block out as much time as I can when I go in for a cut and color so I can enjoy the experience at this wonderful place. I would never go anywhere else!!
Pretty disappointed that the Belly loyalty program has been discontinued- that set your salon apart and provided great value for being a loyal customer. Please consider implementing some kind of loyalty program to remain competitive with other salons.
From the moment I sat down in the chair to the moment I left, I was listened to, attended to (asked if I needed anything to drink, etc), and well cared for. I absolutely LOVED the results, and could not be happier with my hair!
I usually get a great result and a friendly staff at SDV - but the rest of my experience has been deplorable..... They changed the customer loyalty program when I had enough rewards to use.... I went through an on line slot booking for an appointment (which did nothing more than send an email) - and even though I was specific with the date and time needed - I still received a phone call asking me to call back and confirm what I had already put in writing, and when I called back 5 minutes later the person was confused as if she had not just called and left me the message! Then I get reminder texts - repeatedly even though I confirmed already. What the salon has in great things, they kill in terms of customer experience
I am so sorry that you had a poor experience with our on line booking service. We do pride ourselves in our friendly and attentive service and the call is simply a way of not removing the human element in a very personal business. As far as the reminders are concerned, you can opt out of those so that you will not receive them if you wish. We changed our rewards program at the first of the year and now send offers every month so please be on the lookout for those in your email!
