The experience with both Tabi and Pilar was awesome as always. I would have given you a 5 BUT for my last 4 visits the checkout experience was so ridiculously slow that it makes the overall experience continue to drop. It has taken at least 15 minutes each time to check out - not sure about you but that's unacceptable.
I do not know what your system is but it's definitely NOT WORKING when it comes to paying for services and lord forbid you go to buy product. Either the team isn't trained or the system you use is not part of creating a great experience. It's sad that the reason i come there which is hair is so wonderful and the necessity of the pay process is so awful. Seems like this is something that can be corrected easily with process. This process should be 5 min or less, really hope you start making some progress.
