From the moment I arrived to the salon I felt really good. Every one is friendly. Polite . The gentleman that did cut my hair and trim my beard is very professional. I will be back with pleasure. Thanks a satisfied costumer. Rubenzamdvaiz@gmail.com .
I arrived for my 11:00 am appointment and was told that I had to wait because Frank wasn't in yet. i waited about 10-15 minutes for him to arrive. When my hair was being washed, I was asked by the shampoo girl (who is super nice) if I wanted a treatment done. I said okay and was told the treatment would take 10 minutes.
When I got to Frank's chair, Frank asked the shampoo girl if she could dry my hair, which she said sure.
Frank then said to me because I had the treatment on my hair done, that he would not be able to dry it because this would make him late for his next appointment and doing so would cut into her time. He went to his next appointment which was sitting beside me. Before Frank started to dry her hair, the esthetician approached Frank's client and said you have an appointment with me. So the client then went for her scheduled appointment. I thought then that Frank would blow dry my hair because he was free. Instead, he totally ignored me and went to sit down and/or walk around. The shampoo girl dried my hair (and nothing against her), but it was horrible. She then said Frank has to check it. What's there to check to see how she blow dried it. Anyone could have seen how awful it looked. Frank must have realized and he put hair spray and lifted the hair. I was very disappointed. This isn't the first time that he has the shampoo girl dry my hair. When you pay top dollars, the stylist should complete the hair appointment start to finish; not pawn it off to someone else - other excuses used "my wrist hurts." I have no objection paying top dollar for a good haircut and excellent service, but not anymore at Salon Gaboa.

Sylist was pleasant, honest. Great atmosphere. But at my old salon a scalp massage was always included, it was something that I looked forward too. Didn't really get one here and wasn't even asked if I wanted one. Also, the chairs at the sink are not very comfortable on the neck area. Great haircut but could have been made more comfortable.
