I was really disappointed this time. I hadn’t used my stylist before, however I figured everyone who worked there did a good job. There wasn’t a toner used on my hair and my blonde looks yellow. After she rushed through my blowout, my stylist didn’t even go over it with a flat iron or anything. My hair had a huge wave going through it and looked frizzy. I had to immediately go home and fix it myself. I usually leave the salon feeling confident and excited. This time I felt ripped off and frustrated.
