I had a 7:30 appointment with Josh. He did a very good job with cut and blow dry! I would absolutely give him 5 stars, but my slight issue is that I had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment. I pride myself on being very punctual, to the point that I am early for each appointment, and I value my time. It may have just been an unusual day and I did have a late appointment that could account for that. Otherwise, very happy with Josh's service!

One other small thing: when I went to check out, I was told normally Josh's haircuts are $60, but they had to charge me $10 extra because it took longer? First of all, it was 1 hour all in. I'm not sure if she realized I waited 20 minutes before my appointment started. I've lived in many different states/cities in my life and I have never, ever had someone tell me my hair would be a surcharge. Why say anything? Why not just say his rate is $70 so I would be none the wiser? It just rubbed me the wrong way.

Getting expensive, and wine was cut out. I am probably going to opt for a lower cost men's haircut without all the face massage going forward. The wine helped offset the cost of the service, but with no wine, I am going to cut back.

Hi Chris, we have adjusted our prices according to the economy increases and all of our expenses that go up as the world changes, we must too change to stay a float. As far as the wine, being a hair salon we are held responsible for all consumption and based on my attorney's advice, we have chosen not to carry alcohol. It is my responsibility to keep you, all of our guests and neighbors safe. I apologize the value in our salon lays on the wine but for sake of safety and legal compliance, we have chosen to let our neighboring restaurants serve alcohol. We certainly thank you for your continued support and when you want to change stylists to a lower price point, just let us know we will fit you accordingly. If we can serve it with 100% certainty of no legal liabilites we will happily resume it. We look forward to seeing you again and look forward to making a move for you to better accommodate your price point.

Diane is Amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable, I'm very happy with M2 Salon. Only thing that would make it better is if they had wine... and maybe they do, I didn't ask :)

I had another great experience with M2. My only concern is that I wish my cut / foil was priced a bit lower. I only had a trim and a partial. For someone who loves you guys, but is on a budget, I wish things were about $25 less for a base. I would do more services or buy more product, if I was able to get more frequent discounts or if things were a bit lower cost without compromising the service/product.
