It was my first time at the salon and I loved it. Megan S. cut my hair and did an awesome job. l also got my eyebrows waxed and Megan was so nice about doing it at the last minute for me.
Very nice place and I will for sure recommend it to friends and family.
Thank you Megan for great customer service I enjoyed my spent there.

Hi. My name is Suzette Fuerst. I forgot the name of the stylist that did my hair yesterday at 10am. She was new at the salon. I am a little unsure about that stylist. When she foiled my hair, she said she needed to remix again and that she would need to charge me $15 because it was out. I was puzzled because I thought that the mixed in the bowl should be measured enough to complete all my hair (partial). She only did the middle, but not enough for both sides. So she asked me if it’s ok to charge me extra $15 for both sides. I had no choice because I wanted her to finish both sides.
During the washing hair, the hose hit my head several times and how she handled my hair was a bit rough. She was a very nice person, but I did not like that she had to charge me extra because of her lack of measurement. She said my hair was long and thick. My hair has always been long and is not thick. I never had anyone that needed to go back to remix and charge me an extra. She was the first person. Maybe she needs to be more careful with the measurement to avoid charging me more for another bowl.
