Kim was great, and I liked the haircut. However, the Ouidad process is way too complicated and time consuming for me. I felt obliged to buy the products, though I probably won't use them.

The service is excellent, making an appointment is easy and reminders come to my cell phone. My stylist, Barb, is excellent with my hair which is curly. She cuts my hair so that the curls come out! I love what she does!

While I think Dr. Snyder is a great doctor and really like seeing him, I am very disappointed at the misleading information I was given in regards to getting orthotics which cost me $400. I was given a form to sign upon getting imprints for orthotics. It says that it will be submitted to insurance and anything not covered will be the patients responsibility. I have later found out that orthotics are not usually covered by insurance, something I never would have known or guessed. It would have been nice for the nurse to tell me that orthotics are not typically covered rather than brushing it off as "just a form I have to sign off on". Had I known that orthotics are typically not covered, I would have opted to check with my insurance before doing the imprints. I feel like that form is a trap to get you to pay hundreds of dollars when the office knows well enough that it is something that won't be covered by insurance. It is extremely deceiving and I am very disappointed at the way this situation was handled.
