I purchased two facials from Groupon and was so happy with my experience at Solon Roi. I initially had some questions and the front desk emailed back really quickly and answered all of my questions. She was happy to set up my appointment for me too. I was coming with the other individual whom I bought the second facial for and was easily able to find a time that was back to back. Our esthetician's name was Zakiya who was amazing and very informative about skincare. She was so easy to talk to and was very experienced. We walked out of Salon Roi feeling fantastic and even walked out with a sample mask she was happy to give to us that we didn't get to try during our visit. Upon leaving, we were also given a multitude of coupons that we could use which included hair, nails, another discounted facial, etc. Would definitely consider going back. It was pretty cool to see Roi in the salon, who greeted us and said goodbye as we left.
