I went to the salon for partial blonde highlights. The price stated on the salon's website for partial highlights is $55-$75. I called to make an appointment and was told the same price range for partial highlights and the higher price is based on using a more experienced stylist. I went in and got partial blonde highlights only. No low lights and no hair cut. The highlights are fine nothing spectacular but does the job. I went to pay and was told the cost was $112. Outrageous for both the quality, time, and what I received. I have been to at least five salons in Corpus and have never paid that much for only highlights. They have both false advertising on their website and over the phone. It is not acceptable or ethical to charge over $40 more than your top quote given.

I am very sorry to here you were not told the full price before you checked out my hair stylist should have gone over that in the consultation we would be glad to refund the unexpected amount and give you $25 off your next visit to Salon Salon
