I don't agree with wearing paper masks in your establishment. My husband is a molecular biologist who has extensively studied viruses in his graduate work. Unless you are wearing an N95 mask, the flimsy, disposable masks you provide or the cutsie masks from Target or Old Navy or Etsy that everyone else provides for themselves are not stopping any particular matter. So unless you are requiring the N95 masks or are passing out N95 masks, what is the point? It's just a giant inconvenience when getting my hair done. It's a huge annoyance. It gets dye on my face and suffocates me. Your salon has gone back and forth on its policy throughout Covid. Secondly, I asked my stylist for advice and she will not take a stand and offer style advice. That's her job. It really bothers me. This is the 3rd time this has happened in the past few months when it comes to my color. I wanted to know if I need to pull color to the ends of my hair or just do the roots. I asked if it needed it. I can't tell. She's the one who can observe me. It's hard to tell on myself if the color looks faded and washed out and brassy. It's her job to have an expert opinion on this. I'm not the expert. I know nothing about hair. I go to her for her expert opinion and then she doesn't offer it to me. This bothers me. I'm only seeing her while my other stylist is on maternity leave. This gal is nice enough but I miss my other stylist and hope she will return soon. Sorry to be so bold with my words but you asked for our feedback.
