You should really specify when you are putting clients with brand new people to the industry. I thought I was seeing your seasoned and experienced esthetician that I've spoken to for years in the salon. I didn't know you had hired someone new and that's who I was booked with. You should not only be telling people that, but you and she should also be forthcoming about being new to the industry. Instead she said new to this salon. That is extremely misleading and unprofessional.

Hello, it sounds like you thought you were being booked with Kristen, not Caitlin and were surprised. We do tell our guests who they are being booked with. Caitlin is licensed by the state and certified by Kristen in terms of her skills. Her reviews have been exceptional. Were you displeased with the service? We absolutely aren't hiding that she is new. If her work was subpar, she would not be employed here.
