You should really specify when you are putting clients with brand new people to the industry. I thought I was seeing your seasoned and experienced esthetician that I've spoken to for years in the salon. I didn't know you had hired someone new and that's who I was booked with. You should not only be telling people that, but you and she should also be forthcoming about being new to the industry. Instead she said new to this salon. That is extremely misleading and unprofessional.

Hello, it sounds like you thought you were being booked with Kristen, not Caitlin and were surprised. We do tell our guests who they are being booked with. Caitlin is licensed by the state and certified by Kristen in terms of her skills. Her reviews have been exceptional. Were you displeased with the service? We absolutely aren't hiding that she is new. If her work was subpar, she would not be employed here.

I love my hair color. However this was not a relaxing time for me. There is an extremely loud and disruptive machine being used in there to hold their hair. It was so terrible. Are you going to designate quiet days or hours for those of us that spend hundreds in here to relax?

One of the only salons following the CDC recs to require masks indoors. Numbers are at an all time high. A model of pure care and community responsibility. It's my understanding that the staff here are the ones that have continued to uphold the standard of care and covid protocols. Well done to the staff of Salon St Louis. I hope your new leadership continues to honor your wishes and follow your exemplary lead. We are so proud to have you in our neighborhood. You've cared for us through so many things in our lives the last 15 years.
