I went in for highlights and left with orange hair. I was at the salon nearly four hours and left traumatized and disappointed. I only give one star for the owner who called the next to to apologize. What is most concerning is that over the course of the four hours I was there, I was the only client. The cigar shop next door also made the salon smell like smoke. I will not return

I thought she was great. We had a consultation scheduled and then she said she had time to do my hair that same day. She was probably the most thorough stylist I have had. She took the time to explain what she was doing and why.
