Our newly remodeled office is located in the Three Fountians Professional Plaza on 900 East and 4970 South. In each operatory we provide ipod with Boise noise reduction headphones, and nitrous oxide upon request to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
We provide the following dental services for adult and children. Dental exams, x-rays, periodal evaluation and cleanings, preventative denistry, tooth colored fillings, crown and bridges, root canal therapy, extractions, dental implants, cosmetic vaneers and custom smile design or restorations. We also offer emergency care. Should you require attention after hours simply call our office to reach the doctor on call. We accept most insurance plans and are preferred providers for Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Value Care and PEHP. If you do not have dental insurance, we have finance options to assist with payments. Procedures paid in full receive a discount.
