I've always expected outstanding service for 9 years now and they have always exceeded my expectations. I always tell everyone to buy the Maintenance service plan it is so worth it! They come every spring and fall and my HVAC system is like brand new and I bought the Tran from Samm's in 2006! Thanks once again for outstanding customer care and service!

The bridge on my thermostats went out and after speaking to the online rep they told me I needed to call my installer and have it replaced. Samm's offered to send someone the next day. The rep that showed up has been to my house before so that's always a good feeling. He ensured the thermostat was indeed working and replaced the upstairs thermostat with the same model as the downstairs one and confirmed with me that everything was working (both on my computer and with my phone) before they left. This is typical of the sort of experience I have continued to see from Samms since I started using them and continued to be very pleased with the service they provide.

The only reason I didn't give them a five star rating was because of the $85 service fee. I should have asked about that when I called. Otherwise, the service and work was great. If you can handle the service fee, call them.

On the worst day of this winter (Feb. 2015) due to snow and ice, they were answering the phone and making service calls. They were informative about arrival times and showed up early. They were concerned about cleanliness and not making a mess. Karl, who was our Technician immediately diganosed the problem and had it fixed within 20 minutes. He was extremely nice and very accepting of the two large dogs getting in his business. Cost was not the issue as we will be reimbursed through our warranty company. With that said, it still seemed resonable and relitively inexspensive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
