San Dimas Animal Hospital gets the highest rating there is. I have had dogs all my life, but have never experienced such a kind and loving facility. The care for your animal is exceptional and the kindness to you is remarkable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I made a grooming appointment for my dog (Spanky) for Friday at 11am (the hospital gave me the date and time). I was there promptly at 11am and turned Spanky over. Was told there was a cat and dog ahead of him so thought he won't be in the kennel long. Wrong. When I checked in at 2:30pm I was told that it changed to a cat and three dogs ahead of him and they hadn't gotten to him yet. Was told the groomer would call me when they start on him. I get a text at 3pm that they are just starting on him and should be finished no later than 4pm. By 4pm I go in to get him. Got him around 4:10pm. My dog was in the kennel for 4 HOURS before they got to him. Why make an appointment for 11am when you won't get to him until 3pm. I'm going back to PetSmart.

My year and half german shepherd always gets nervous once we get into the office. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming can't gush enough about them. This last visit we had Dr.D he was so helpful and provided great options to help our puppy with her condition. Thank you for making our visit wonderful.

I always have a great experience with San Dimas Animal Hospital. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable, and cares about my pet as much as I do. I have been coming here for years and highly recommend them.

Excessive notifications warning you of fees for not canceling your appointment with a designated timeframe. The notifications continue up until the day of your appointment. It’s annoying to be warned on a consecutive basis.

Dr. Singh and everyone at the front desk were very nice and friendly. I was about to get a same day appointment and this is the best bet experience I’ve had. I will definitely take my other dog here.
