The doctors know their stuff here, but be prepared to sit in your car for up to an hour with your pet waiting to be taken in. This place is always over booked & never has same or next day appointments available which is really frustrating when your fur baby is sick or needs to be seen right away. Wish they would expand the practice to accommodate their patients needs or reduce clients and get more organized!

Extremely happy with the service . We have just found our new vet family for our fur babies. Dr gave us trust, peace of mind and comfort knowing our fur babies are in good hands. We felt strongly that this hospital truly cares for the well being of our pets and does not take advantage of vulnerable pet owners.

As usual, from the moment I walked in to the time I left everything was great. I have been going to San Dimas Animal Hospital for many years and all my fur babies were treated with love and care. Dr. Singh and his staff are great and have enormous respect for their patients. They are patient, professional and experienced. They listen and review everything with you. Hope to be able to

use their expertise for years to come. I and my fur babies thank all of you very much.

I was a little disappointed today. We arrived at 7:58am, I tried to check in at 8:01am but got the message that you weren't open, so when prompted I left a message that we were here at the back to check in Kanga & Roo for their bath, nail trims, and anal expressions. It was at 8:32am when I knew no one had check the message machine, as I received a call from the hospital asking if we were going to bring Kanga & Roo in for the bath. I informed the technician that we were actually sitting in the back waiting for someone to come retrieve Kanga & Roo from us. As I said disappointed that no one answered the phone when we called, even more disappointed that no one check the messages to find out that I had checked in.
