I hadn't been to a dentist for some time so I was a bit nervous to say the least. But the second I walked in, from start to finish my experience at Fine Dentisry was great. The staff made me very comfortable, the facility is top notch and Dr. Marsh is awesome. I highly recommend Fine Dentistry!
My dog Stella is a 20 month old, yellow lab mix with fear / aggression issues. She is very skittish. Her default response to people / animals she doesn't know is to growl / bite first and ask questions later. I met with a dog trainer at Dr. Boyd's for an initial consultation and we decided to start with a week of behavioral training which required Stella to stay at Dr. Boyd's Pet Resort.
I could not be more satisfied with the results! Stella went from trying to bite the trainer multiple times on the first day to being able to be walked by multiple handlers at the facility and being able to go out in the 'yard' and play / socialize with the other dogs. The trainer sent me daily updates via email / phone call to let me know how Stella was progressing and even sent me some pics and videos of her playing. It really helped put my mind at ease while she was there.
Stella was there mostly for behavioral assistance, but her on leash obedience has improved as well. She really enjoyed her time at Dr. Boyd's! When I picked her up on the last day, she was playing with 5-6 of the handlers saying her goodbyes and she has never looked happier!

I was promised my car would be done in 90 minutes. I called after 2 hours and they said they would be done in 30 minutes or less. Once I arrived, no one was working on my car. I had to wait for another hour. After paying nearly $1,000 on four new tires, I expect better customer service. If you are behind schedule, then take care of your customers! Keep them informed! Provide a courtesy discount for the delay!
