Unfortunately I am giving three stars because the service desk was not too good. The lady helping me didn’t know how to calculate the cost of my out of packet.
Also, she took too long trying to figure out the formula for how to calculate the cost.
in addition, she first told me that I had to pay the whole amount for my contacts all together. nevertheless, in the previous years I have paid only half of the amount and then when the contacts are ready then I would pay the rest.
Furthermore, her customer service attitude was not nice.
I had to leave without ordering my contacts because I run out of time and I could not wait seeing her not knowing how to determine the cost.
I am very happy with the Doctor services but disappointed with the old lady customer service.
I am considering choosing a different place for my future eye exams.
