To whom this is coming from, I don't have a client in my system name Karen Leach. However it this is not your name, I'm sorry for the experience you say you had in my salon. I have never in my 18 years of doing hair denied a "scheduled" appointment. I'm a very honest person and I take my profession and customer service very seriously. So, once again I apologize for your unpleasant experience you say you had in my salon. I don't know who you are, but If you would like to call the salon to talk about this matter further please do. I would love to speak with further. If there is money on a "gift card" owed to you, they can be refunded back (to the original purchaser) for cash as well. My salon policy.
