Very confusing and unclear instructions. Email says "Please confirm your appointment"...but has nowhere to actually confirm it...at least nowhere clear enough to find. Instead, it seems a ploy for a review. Also, per instructions to take the prep liquid prescribed, I still don't have either the script nor any instructions on how to get it. Very unclear
