Stop wanting to scare people into needing to spend more money for things that aren't that dire. I really didn't enjoy my latest experience with you. It seemed aggressive and entirely abusive. Don't be that kind of shop.
Other than that, everyone was really nice, as always and they did an extraordinary job.
