The actual in-office service provided was acceptable. What has been unbelievably frustrating is that they have had great difficulty with their accounting system and customers are left being invoiced for grossly inaccurate bills.
I have been harassed for well over a year for an alleged bill from 2018 that was covered by my insurance from United Health. Even though I have been in their office multiple times for services since that date, they seem entirely incapable of reconciling their own error. I have been harassed by phone, email, and mail. I have discussed at length with live people who sound understanding and say something like "sorry, we will sort this out" but then 6 months later another threatening message will arrive.
I have sent all correspondence to our attorney.
Needless to say, without a ceasing of the harassment and an apology from the actual office, I will not be going back to San Francisco Dental Office and would discourage others from going.
There seems to be no accountability in this office, I am sorry to say.
After 18 months of attempting to explain that this bill is not owed and being passed around to half a dozen different people, I am left with no choice but to post a copy of this message on Yelp.
