I highly recommend coming to this practice. I have been a patient here for 6 years. The doctors are top notch, down to earth, and use the latest diagnostic equipment. The staff is professional and kind. Additionally, the frames are reasonably priced.
I went to pick up my replacement lenses on a existing frame. I had ordered Transition lenses. I tried it out and it looked good and asked to make sure that they were indeed Transition lenses. After coming out in the open, I waited to make sure that the lenses changed colors. However, even after five minutes nothing happened. So I went back inside and told them that I did not think that the lenses were Transitions.
So the ladies helping me checked and found out that indeed the lenses were not transition.
I was told, I would have to wait for another week.
My questions are:
1. How come there are no processes to make sure that the lenses or frames are correct before calling the customer and asking them to come in?
2. Also they behaved like it was my issue not the office's issue?
3. A little bit of politeness would be helpful as well.
I like that they have a reminder for your appointment. There's no Waiting time. the moment you arrive for your appointment you'll be check right away by the friendly lady at the front desk. Dr. Shiroishi is is very friendly, professional and I feel comfortable with her. The place is very clean.
