I've always been more than satisfied with the care all my pets have received at SRVH. Everyone is kind, caring & empathetic to my needs. I know that when I take my babies in they will be greeted like they're best buddies & treated as their own. Thank you! :)
Thank you very much for the review! We are so glad that you are happy with us! We definitely love all of the pets like they are our own! We look forward to a great relationship with you and your babies!

Don’t come here unless you want to be even more stressed out about the health of your pet. Technician was knowledgeable but vet himself was unprofessional and insensitive. I understand COVID considerations, but no one in my family was allowed to go in with my cat for examination and my cat came back further stressed (on top of being injured already, which is why I took him in to begin with). Zero transparency on what they did to him inside. Also the vet delivered very heavy news about the life expectancy of my cat by yelling the news to me in the parking lot. Again I understand COVID considerations but it would have been nice to receive the news with a bit more sensitivity. The vet also pushed for more expensive xrays and suggestions that seemed more like money-grabbing than anything else. In the end, we left with only more questions and even more stressed out over the health of a beloved pet. Would not recommend to anyone.
My dog has anxiety and was really hard to find the right place to treat him with kindness Tiana and the hospital was an caring and patient with my baby. I'm thankful and appreciative. Than you San Ramon Veterinary Hospital.
Dr. G and his staff treat our 2 cats with the utmost respect and care. I am never worried leaving them in their capable hands and am happy to have such trusted and helpful individuals to go to whenever our furry family members are in need of attention or a regular check-up.
Very thorough and professional in the treatment of my beloved pet. It is currently difficult due to the COVID restrictions to have any real personal interaction and discussion. My only area of improvement with SRVH would be to have been issued a printed outline of all the procedures performed and diagnosis, especially when medications are prescribed. This was standard procedure at other Vet hospitals I have used in the past.
I came to Dan with a blown head gasket. I was contemplating the decision of whether the value of the vehicle was worth the investment of a new motor. Other than the engine light showing a misfire code at cold startup, my SUV was in great condition and ran great. But, I could not afford the motor replacement price as quoted by the dealer.
Dan quickly calibrated his discussion with me to my knowledge level, recommended some initial tests to make sure that a motor replacement was the best course of action, and put together a plan with a price that I could afford. Dan gave me a price estimate that he hit, and a time estimate that he and his team beat by a few days right before Christmas.
In Dan, I have found a local mechanic that I can trust, and I have confidence that he can manage any task for my vehicles. I offer my highest recommendation for Dan to anyone considering vehicle repairs.
