Just switched to Dr. Elliott, DDS. Had a great initial cleaning. Return d yesterday for a temporary crown prior to a new crown completion. I'm happy with the processes, personnel, and doctor himself. The front office worked to determine my insurance coverage and co-pay. So far, I am extremely pleased with this dental office and the servic s I have received!

The staff were incredible on my visit. From the front desk to when I left I was treated kindly and with respect. The hygienist, Brianna, was friendly and professional during my cleaning. The dentist and his tech/assistant were friendly and professional as well. We even got to briefly chat about pets and the different botanical gardens in the area. As this was my first visit I was happy to have been referred here by a friend and will continue my dental hygiene at Santa Rosa Dental Care. Thank you everyone!

I have been going for previous appointments and everything was fine but this last time the doctor nor the assistants took the time to explain the procedure or post op inst. They just did it and gave a little bag written instructions and ther things. It would be nice if the doctor or the assistants took the time to verbally explain things before the procedure begain so we patients know what to expect and what to do after. Everything else was fine in regards to the procedure and after it.

I found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor was terrific. I appreciate all the attention paid to my daughter but wasn't counting on being there as long as we did. It took a little over 2 hours to complete the appointment.
