Thanks for the comment Carlie. After reviewing your ticket, you were charged the standard 1 hour of time for the computer system diagnosis. The current rate is $121.74. The pricing for these services is displayed on our service/menu board. Please understand that diagnostics is the most difficult part of the job. It requires our most expensive equipment and our highest trained technicians to spend an hour with your vehicle to determine the underlying cause of the light. It is a very common misconception that the car's computer can tell us everything that is wrong with the vehicle. In actuality, the diagnostic trouble codes are a small piece of the puzzle that provides direction in which to look for a problem.
