I got my hair cut and colored here the other day and I just loved my look. The color is great, and so is the cut. What is more, I found the front desk staff very friendly and helpful, and I was treated like a queen -- they brought me coffee, water, and. . .what's not to like about that warm, massaging wash-out. I know I could get my hair done slightly cheaper at some other salons, but in this case, you really do get what you pay for, and it is so worth it to love the way you look.

I made an appointment 2 months in advance to get my hair and makeup done for a special event last night. I got a call from my stylist at 9am morning of event asking if I could come in now to get my highlights done because she had a medical issue and them come back later to get my hair and makeup done for the evening event. I accommodated, left to get my nails done and finally got a call from receptionist apologizing but telling me they hadn't heard back from stylist and wanted to give me plenty of time (2 hours) to make other arrangements to get my hair and makeup done. I don't blame the stylist but I do blame the owner who was at the salon, knew of my event and made no accommodations for me. No need for me to go back and all referrals I have made about the salon will be revised. This is definitely not an establishment I would go back to again. They let me down.
