I get more help calling Progressive than I do using Sav-on. As a person that has had 2 of my adult daughters get insurance thru Sav-On, I have never received anything from Sav-On. Not even a thank you. And I'm guessing there is no price comparison between companies anymore either. In general, yes, I always refer persons to Sav-On, and will however, continue to refer them as last I knew about, Sav-On has all types of insurance.

The lady Lillian in Tacoma understands customer needs,she took me page by page on terms and conditions,benefits of the insurance coverage and all other nitty grittier never disclosed by insurance companies.my take is you have a great asset in your staff and I promise to refer all other friends to Savon .I was referred too and keep on the good work.God bless.
