There were horrible wait times, terrible communications - I had to start over each time I spoke to anyone working with my pet - its as if no one read any of the info I provided to them. I NEVER received a daily call about how my pet was doing. I ALWAYS called once in the AM and once in the PM to check on my pet and was always put on hold for 10-15 minutes. Usually I would have to call 3 times in a row and then someone would finally call me back. The ONLY time someone ever called me FROM the hospital was to collect more money. I thought the staff seemed really nice. One person kept telling me little things about my pet which led me to believe maybe she really did try to spend a minute or two with him. We were finally able to pick my pet up and the hair on his behind had poo stuck to it in several places, nobody even tried to wet a cloth and wipe it off. It really made me think twice about what kind of care he really had. I have to come up with a better contingency plan - I will never take my pets here again.
