The last time I was at the Kent office I was treated very poorly. The woman I spoke with was completely unhelpful and couldn't be bothered to look up the information I was requesting. She acted annoyed that she was having to take time out of her day to help me. Which...is really the whole point of her job. To help customers.
We'll be taking our business someplace else. Maybe a company that doesn't mind answering my questions, and treats me with respect. Also, the whole thing of speaking to the other agents in Spanish and Russian about customers or while they're with a customer is really rude. Just because I'm white doesn't mean I don't speak/understand Spanish or Russian. I speak 5 languages in addition to English. It's always interesting what people say when they think you don't understand what's being said.
