Policies change as often as staff does. I have sent several messages to receive no response. I have been a loyal platinum membership holder for over a year and a half, send friends as well as recommend you guys to our clients to promote healing or enhancing their results. I am concerned with my "account" because I was told my wraps would roll over, but later told by the owner that only one rolls over? I emailed wanting this clarified since I was told it would roll over asking to put my account on hold... When I was last at the i10 location they printed my history, compared to what I paid for and I have paid for way more and told various stories on whether I would be able to receiver them or not. I would like to know the status on my account and what I am going to be able to receive. Until this matter is resolved I would like my account placed on hold.

I am male and I had the face wrap..........and honesty I felt fresh and great starting some 30 minutes after the procedure.....It just put me in a good mood.....I did notice some improvements such a loss of wringles on forehead....I look foward to more sessions!

I received the Contour Belly Wrap. It was my first time receiving this treatment. On my first visit I lost a little over 14 inches over all in my waist, abdomen, hips, thighs and legs. The appearance of some slight cellulite diminished as well. I recommend this service to everyone. The staff is friendly and very informative. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing as well. Am looking forward to receiving more services in the future.

Had a horrible experience from the time I made my appointment until I left out the door. When I called to make my appointment the girl who answered could not answer any of questions, I was told to call back later to speak to someone else. Then they sent me a confirmation saying that they received my cancelation which I never called to cancel. Then when I got there I felt rushed, they took me back to a back room for an evaluation, but asked me if I had my groupon with me, or whatever coupon I used.Really!!! Wow I couln't believe they automatically assumed I used a coupon. Why? Cause I'm hispanic? I told them that I had already paid since Janurary and no not with a coupon of any kind, they asked to see my receipt. I asked them don't you have it in your computer they looked and said no. So I went into my email to show it to them. They saw it but still questioning it. Finally one of the girl's told the other to go ahead and do it. By this time I felt very uncomfortable and just wanted to get it over with.i was out of there in about 40 minutes It was suppose to have been a two hour appointment. Well at least that's what my recept said which also included some after care. I wasn't recommended any after care, just ok I'll check you out right here and oh yea would you like to give a gratuity? Really? Really? Your kidding me right? never again. Oh yea by the way I feel no different.

I, Marisel Salas, am the owner and am hispanic. In addition, 90% of our employees are hispanic. The 2 hour treatment you mentnioned includes consultation (5 min), measurements (15 min), wrapping (20 min), actual treatment (40 to 60 min depending of treatment), post measurements (20) and post consultation (15 min). I had my appt. 2 days ago and it couldn't of turned out better. The staff is amazing and so polite. I had the turbo w/the heat and I lost a total of 33 1/8 inches. So yes I will definately b going back.
