Dr. Patel is caring and compassionate. He listened to my concerns attentively and offered viable solutions. He gave me his utmost attention. He is personable, gentle and an overall great doctor and human being. He was on time and stayed on schedule without making me feel rushed during the exam process. He explained each step. I have been a patient of this eye care team for almost 30 years. I wouldn't trust my eye care to anyone else. This team is the very best!

I am so impressed with the eye care services provided to me by Dr. Mitul Patel. He was concerned, caring, attentive, kind, knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my health concerns and recommended viable solutions to combat my dry eye syndrome. He took his time and I felt that he valued my opinion. I have been a patient of this eye team for almost 30 years. I can honestly say that I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eye care. They are the best in and around Sacramento.

Great experience! Dr. Patel is wonderful, explained everything during my eye exam so that I understood each step as he proceeded. The staff was great. Was a breeze getting fitted for my new glasses, great selection of frames.

I have been going to the Eye Institute for several years. All of the staff is helpful, patience, professional, and friendly. You never feel rushed. Dr. Schermer and the other doctors are very thorough. They explain everything to you. Also, your appointment is complete when you leave. At my health provider, I have to make three separate appointments to get everything I need. At the Eye Institute it is a one appointment stop. I highly recommend the Eye Institute if you want a complete and thorough examination and/or eye care.
