This review is a supplement of a review I posted a couple months back. I had a negative experience, however once the Manger/Supervisor John Long got a hold of the situation, he turned it around and neutralize and/or fix the situation. I went to Schertz Auto Service for a TX State inspection. I was immediately greated once entering the shop and within two minutes, after paperwork, gave them the keys to work on my vehicle. I found the facility, office and maintenance staff very professional, courteous and friendly. I was told that it would be ten to fifteen minutes for the inspection. I went next door to the 7-11 to get some quick lunch. My vehicle was already waiting on me. I will be returning if I have any additional vehicle issues.
