About a month ago, when the CHECK EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM warning lit-up the dashboard of my 2012 Honda Civic, I immediately took it to Schnauble's for repair, and was told that it had been found that a sensor on my year & model of Civic was defective...and needed to be replaced. When I picked-up my car, after the repair, I was advised that they were not sure if the newly-installed sensor was the "upgraded" sensor - or they had just been given a "newer-copy" of the defective sensor. So they insisted that if I experienced any more problems with this - to let them know, immediately, and they would make it right.
My car drove fine for a couple weeks, then the CHECK EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM warning lit-up the dashboard again! I TOOK IT RIGHT BACK TO SCHNAUBLE's...and they, very quickly, corrected the repair - at no additional cost to me (other than the inconvenience of having to take my car back, so soon, to correct the original problem.
