I felt very welcomed as a new patient. I liked that I was given options about shots and blood work, and I wasn't made to feel pressured into unnecessary tests, etc. My dog was very anxious and the tech and vet did an amazing job trying to soothe her. Thanks!
Schwenksville Veterinary Hospital was recommended to me by the owner of Perk Valley Pet Eatery, and yesterday was the first time taking my kitten there. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Dr. Ross was great as well. He walked me through the process of neutering, and what to expect afterwards. I felt very comfortable leaving my kitten in his hands. The procedure went well (and was done way faster than I expected). I was able to pick him up at noon, and was given detailed instructions for his after care. I couldn't be happier with this practice, and am so happy that I switched!
We just rescued our dog and we're unsure of his temperament with the vet. He is a big love bug usually but did snap and get kind of nasty when it was time to recive his shots. I felt horrible but Dr.Anna and Miranda handled it amazingly, they were totally calm and understanding and explained that this happens and we don't know the dogs past or what he has been though so nervousness is understandable. I am so thankful that they were all so wonderful and willing to help us with our rescue, and they even gave us tips to help him. I have been to other vets and I don't think they would have handled our situation so well, I would recommend this vet to anyone!
