In general, the pick up service is okay. Although, they repeatedly ignore my requests to not dump the waste pick up into my city compost bin. I have asked them to remedy this situation, but it continues to happen at least every other week. Will likely be looking for another service when I move at the end of the month.

My Wizard is both pleasant and thorough in the performance of her job duties. I have five Labradors, three of which are rambunctious puppies. They are out in the yard while my Wizard is working, and she manages to get the job done with all five going in different directions! I appreciate the fact that she arrives at the same time each week and, most importantly, that she interacts in a kind and gentle way with our furry kids!

I have been using Scoop Wizards for many years for our (2) labs. Our family has a very busy schedule and it was always a comfort knowing that by Scoop Wizards coming each week, it was just one less thing for me to worry with. It was also great knowing that at any time we could host a backyard BBQ or have patio family time and our backyard would be 'clean'.
Our pets recently passed away (within 4 months of each other) and the team at Scoop Wizards was very sympathetic and understanding. I appreciated that it didn't seem to be just about losing a dollar..... they have treated us as extended family.
From the Christmas cards to the reliable weekly services, I am a fan! Great work team!!

Scoop Wizards showed up reliably every week, but did not cover the yard well. Although we used them for several years, recently we ended our service, deciding the cost wasn't worth the value.
