This was my 4th or 5th time here. The first few times, I loved the results and individual attention. Last time I went (late september), I notice the roots and cut were sloppy. Again, I love the color and typically good attention to my needs during the process. This time I was clearly double booked despite making my appointment in advance. After waiting 30 minutes after my appointment start time, Elyse rushed through the color, ommitted the gloss step, and had someone else attempt to dry out my hair (they did not do a good job. Elyse tried to jump in and assist (while her other appointment was mid-cut) which was unacceptable. I mean, two people drying your hair on each side? NO THANK YOU. So Elyse finished the second half of the lower part of drying my hair and left the top half to the barely competent assistant that had started with me. At this point it was 9 pm (I had a 6:15 appointment) and I almost missed a date. Never mind that I showed up to the date at the last minute with my hair looking like I did it myself. I'm never coming back. Way disappointed that I thought I'd "found" my hair place.
